Policies
House Rules

No smoking, No pets allowed, No events, Parties or large gatherings. The maximum occupancy for this property is flexible for up to 2 additional guests (please contact Owner for additional information) - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply as stated- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

General Policies
  • 50% Deposit of Rental (to hold reservation), is required upon agreement, paid by check, Zelle, etc.
  • Final balance is due 1 month prior to check in date.
  • Refundable Security Deposit is due at this time with separate payment.
Terms & Conditions
  • Renters must be Age 30 or over.
  • No smoking within the Condo or in Pool Patio area
Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund prior to 60 days (2 months) of Check In date.
  • 50% refund prior to 30 days (1 month) of Check In date.
